Operations Team Member

Job description

0700-1900 12 hour shifts – Average hours 42 per week.

This position sits within our Operations Team and aims to support the managers within the office to ensure that the company runs smoothly daily. You will need to have a valid SIA Licence or be prepared to undergo the training and application process.

Role Summary

The role includes conducting admin duties as well as having contact with clients when needed in order to ensure that their requirements are covered throughout the week. If a situation arises, you will be the first point of contact and therefore will be required to stay level-headed and communicate effectively with all members of the operational team. You may also be required to work on Client’s sites or carry out Mobile patrol as and when the need arises.

For this role you will need to be over 25 and hold a current Driving Licence with no more than 3 points or 1 claim in the last 3 years.

This role will involve:

  • Making and answering calls on the Control line – you must have a professional telephone manner and be able to always remain calm and polite.
  • Administration tasks – you will need basic computer skills.
  • Alongside this, you will also be responsible for attending any alarm calls or mobile patrols as necessary during the day.
  • You will still need to be prepared to be deployed to any of our sites as and when emergency needs arise.

The rate of pay for this role is £20114 per annum after successful completion of a three month probationary period.
