Concierge / Gatehouse Security
First impressions count and our trained and uniformed Concierge Service can provide your business with a member of staff who can communicate with your Customers and colleagues in a way that reflects the positive image you wish to portray.
We can provide a permanent Concierge for your Company, who is trained specifically in the role designated to them - this could be as a Meet-and-Greet service on the entrance to a building or gatehouse or, in the case of Retail Security, at the entrance to your Store.
For some companies, this may be a 9am-5pm role, for others we provide the “out of hours” service which they find more difficult to staff reliably such as overnight or just in designated busy times, say, 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm.
The advantage that this provides to you is that you don’t have the worry of employing someone directly (especially if the hours are short), paying their NI Contributions and Sickness/Holiday pay and worrying how you are going to cover their role if they are unable to attend on any given days.
We can also just provide the short term cover that will enable you to ensure you always have a staff member on site – we will allocate at least 3 members of staff for training on a site so that a fully inducted guard is available whenever required, especially in the event of holidays or sickness or should a member of staff leave unexpectedly. This cover can be provided for a fraction of the cost of having to instruct and pay an Employment Agency to send in a replacement.
Our Officers keep a constant log of all events for your information and we carry out periodic reviews of these logs to ensure that any further recommendations or service improvements can be put forward following occurrences onsite. Our Officers are also in regular communication with our 24 hour manned control service both for their own safety and for your reassurance.
