Alarm Callouts & Keyholding

Often there is no specific need for a constant presence on a site as a full lock down renders it reasonably secure but there is still the potential of intruder alarm activations. In this instance, it isn’t always feasible to have your own staff on standby to attend as it either means them putting themselves at risk or taking hours out of their personal time (usually in the middle of the night) and then making it unreasonable to expect them to function at their day job.

We have many examples of local businesses, schools and golf clubs who employ us on the basis that we are key holders and can attend out-of-hours alarm calls on their behalf. As part of this service we can also provide ad-hoc locking and unlocking of premises if caretakers and usual staff are unavailable. We also provide this Service for residential properties.

Sometimes we are just required to be the “extra” person on site so that staff don’t have to go through the process of checking the building and locking up alone at the end of the day/evening - again, this is a service that we are happy to provide.

Our highly trained and experienced staff are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year and our Control Team can get them to your site within an hour for any emergency requirements or back up security staffing needs that arise.
